Hotel & Residence Nemo offers a special “residence” formula to its customers, which compared to the traditional hotel stay allows a considerable saving!

What does “residence” include?
The customers who benefit from the “residence” formula stay in Superior studio-flats on the ground-floor , which allow a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 4 persons per studio. They feature a small patio (with a table and rooms for individual use), a bathroom renewed in 2020, a small kitchenette with all the needed utensils, bed linen and towels.

Why it’s worth

How long do I have to stay to take advantage of the “residence” formula?
Residence formulas include a minimum stay of six nights from June to August and a minimum monthly stay for the other months.

What services are included in the “residence” formula?
General cleaning with linen change (bed and bathroom) once a week, car parking inside the property, kitchen use and Wi-Fi.

Which services are not included in the “residence” formula?
Breakfast, extra cleaning, extra changing of bath and bed linen, electricity consumption that will be counted at €0.30 per kw.
